Soul Tide is a short film written, directed and produced by Carmina Cordelia who also plays the lead. The 11 min short film is currently on its festival run.
Soul Tide recently won Best Romance Film at the World Film Festival in Cannes and Best Drama International at the Alternative Film Festival (Spring Edition). It was officially selected for the Rapport Festival, where it screened, and is a finalist at the Golden Short Film Festival.
The film is also an Official Selection and Award Nominee at the Detroit Black Film Festival, where it will be screened, and an Official Selection at the Urban Film Festival in Miami, where it will also screen — two respected showcases of independent Black storytelling and cinema.
